KVKK Aydınlatma Metni

Bu platform, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında kişisel verilerinizi korumaktadır. Veri sorumlusu olarak izyTransfer, kişisel verilerinizin güvenliğini sağlamak için gerekli teknik ve idari tedbirleri almaktadır.

1. Information We Collect

We collect basic account information such as your name and email address. For file transfers, we collect metadata about transferred files (such as file names, sizes, and transfer timestamps) but we do not inspect the content of your files.

2. File Content Privacy

izyTransfer does not monitor, access, or review the content of files transferred through our service. We have no knowledge of what files users are uploading or downloading through our platform, and we do not have the capability to inspect file contents.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Provide and maintain our service
Notify you about changes to our service
Provide customer support
Monitor usage of our service for technical administration

4. Data Retention

Files uploaded to izyTransfer are automatically deleted after the expiration period (typically 7 days). Account information is retained as long as you maintain an active account with us.

Veri Yurt Dışı Transferi

Dosyalarınız güvenlik ve performans amacıyla CloudFlare R2 altyapısında saklanmaktadır. Bu veriler KVKK md. 9 kapsamında yurt dışına transfer edilmektedir. CloudFlare, uluslararası veri koruma standartlarına uygun olarak verilerinizi korumaktadır.

5. Legal Compliance

While we do not monitor file content, we will comply with lawful requests from governmental authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. In such cases, we may be required to provide available metadata about transfers or account information.

6. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of izyTransfer complies with applicable laws, including copyright laws and regulations prohibiting the sharing of illegal content.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and file metadata. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to maintain session information and improve user experience. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but this may limit your ability to use certain features of our service.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

KVKK Kapsamındaki Haklarınız

KVKK md. 11 uyarınca aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
